I am a reformed chocoholic.
As in, I stopped eating chocolates because of the persistent headaches that I regularly have.
By 'stopped' I mean that I only eat 1, 2 or the most 3 (servings, not bites) per day.
I think that is a significant success, I really do.
And just so you know, no more chocolate presents for me! I have other stuff on my want list :)
