Playing A Cat-n-Mouse Game

It’s amazing how I complained about our HR dept, moved on to another organisation, just to find that theirs is even worse.

I have sent MOE’s HR dept a total of 9 emails from 4 May 07 asking for:
1) deferment of my start date
2) appeal for a salary increment

In my last email, I just had to include Mr Masagos in the loop. I didn’t want to initially, because I meet him every month at CCC meeting. However, I just could not leave this matter moving along at a snail’s pace anymore. That was 1 and a half weeks ago.

Yesterday, I tendered my resignation as I might end up starting on 23rd July after all. I still don't know. I apologise to my SA team for having to wait for the decision, cos I know it creates an inconvenience in reorganising the team + making the necessary duty changes.

I feel like I'm playing a cat-and-mouse game here.

I bet PA HR doesn’t look too bad now, huh?
