Pardon me while I take a break from this boring day in the world of -CHORES-, with the girl playing house on the floor and strewing many coloured beads in the process and hubby is at work (and will be for the whole day I might add).

On the other end of the spectrum, we had a super FUNNEST day ever at Sentosa yesterday. Undaunted by the swirl of big grey clouds in the early morning, we vowed that nothing would stand in our way (coupled with some prayers of course).

We were lucky that our prayers were answered. We took Humaira on her virgin cable car ride: Managed to get past a swamp of hungry peacocks which insisted to peck at the biscuit in Humaira's hands to enter the Underwater World, just to have our hands devoured by aggressive and hungry (and big) stingrays in the stingray pool. (Obviously I'm exaggerating. No way was I going to put my hands in to touch them but i SAW what happened with those other guests!)



Daddy and Humaira then got a chance to wear these:

Alas, mummy became the official photographer because, OF COURSE, we expectant mums are not allowed on both the luge and the sky-ride.

We ended our afternoon with the Dolphin Lagoon and a peaceful lunch by the waters, taking in the sights. (I insisted on eating the lobster just to spite the huge and mean-looking spider crabs down at Underwater World).

I'm looking forward to going there again after the birth of the second one. Then, it's MY turn to take the luge, Hubby. You can just take care of the two kids. F1 racing, here I come!
