Vesak Day Holiday

Is there any other better way to spend a holiday than spending it with your loved ones?

Sad to say, I'm not looking forward to tomorrow's holiday. My lovely cuzs and I (plus Humaira) will be spending the day having a picnic at East Coast Park. It's something we have been planning months back and we kinda booked each other for tomorrow's outing.

I was looking forward to it until I realised that dear hubby is not working tomorrow. It's been hard to pre-empt his schedule cos he works shift and it sometimes isn't a regular one. Hubby, myself and baby haven't been spending a lot of time with each other lately as he has been working shift (weekend shift, night shift, blah blah..) and I feel SUPER crappy to leave him behind tomorrow..and no, I can't bring him along cos it's an all-girls thingy.

But a promise is a promise and I'm sad to say I'll be leaving the house with a lump in my throat tomorrow. Dear hubby, I'm really really sorry.
