I'm beginning to buy her clothes because a girl just can't keep wearing hand-me-downs, can she? But actually, I like my girls to wear matchy-matchy colours (and at this, hubby gives a sigh of relief because now, he can actually start to dress himself..hah! To that I say: Not so fast, mister!)
And because we didn't want to let her experience the second-child syndrome, we got her a pretty huge present for her birthday. We brought her to Phuket. Yes! And on her actual birthday, she got to swim at Maya beach, where the filming for 'The Beach' was made. I, of course, had to tell complete strangers that, "It's her birthday today. She's one," the psychotic mummy that I am.
Though she can't speak yet, she's still as terrifying as her sister: pulls her sister's hair, screams if her sister doesn't share her toy/book/whatever. Erm..okay, did Mausi taught you things while I wasn't looking?
Anyway, we think that they'll be best friends and enemies just how my sister and I was. Cos the apple usually does not fall far from the tree, does it? :)

i did not pull your hair and scream when you take my toys and books! i GIVE them to you if not you'd cry. i have countless photographic evidence of that lor.
and yeah be prepared for about 10 yrs of friendly sisterliness, then about 3-4 yrs of fights then about 20 yrs from now they'll be fine. =)
